RATES
A 20%
deposit is required to secure your stay which gives you
confirmation of your booking upon receipt of the deposit
(unless otherwise arranged).
The
remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the arrival
date.
CAMPING

$35 per person per night
(excluding those aged under 5), subject
to a
minimum fee of $350 per day.

Bookings are limited to a maximum of
12 people (aged 5+).

Please
add $60 cleaning fee.

A
refundable bond of $250 is required.

All
amounts include GST.

Campervans
welcome.
Fee includes use of all
facilities, and equipment: boat ramp, mooring, floating golf
green (golf balls and clubs provided), fishing gear, snorkeling
gear, life jackets, kayaks, dinghy.

& CANCELLATION
POLICY
1. A booking is not
confirmed until both the booking form and deposit (20%
unless otherwise agreed) has been
received. The balance is payable no later than 21
days before the arrival date. Overdue accounts will result
in the booking being cancelled and re-offered for hire
.
2. In the event of a
cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable but if
the property is able to be re-let the owner will refund the deposit less an administration fee
of $200.
3.
Extreme weather. While there are many things we are able
to control to make your camping experience more enjoyable,
the weather is not one of them. Although the weather is
usually good during the spring and summer months, we do
provide a rescheduling service should extreme weather
prevent you from staying. That means you can shift your
booking dates to another available time, at no cost.
4. Noise standards. Rocky Bay Cove
has been developed as a Nature Zone. Loud music is not
part of that natural habitat. Stereos are not permitted on
the property. Excessive noise is a
breach of the booking conditions and may result in
immediate termination of the stay and forfeiture of the
bond.
5. Rocky Bay
Golf. A floating
golf green, clubs and 150 golf balls are provided at no
additional cost. Please retrieve the golf balls. (NOTE: a
retrieval fee of 50 cents
per ball applies and $1 each for every ball lost).
6. Pets. Because
of the nature of the wildlife living in the habitat pets
are not permitted.
7.
Rubbish bins and bags are provided. Please take your
rubbish with you at the end of your stay. A refuse and
recycling station is located on the main road at the
western end of Ngunguru (approximately 1 kilometre past
the 100km sign at the corner of Ngunguru Road and Tongatu
Road). Some visitors prefer we dispose of their rubbish
and we are happy to do so – a minimum disposal fee of
$35 + GST would apply.
Note:
Rain may limit site access to four wheel drive vehicles
only.
